Petersfield Choir

Come and celebrate with us! Coronations, royal weddings, battle victories…even some etarnal burning seraphim! It’s a FREE concert of a royal mixture of uplifting and beautiful music – perfect for the end of winter and the heralding of lighter evenings, warmer weather and the spring.

Includes:
I Was Glad (from the wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton)
Zadok the Priest (as sung at every coronation since the 1700s)
Handel’s jubilant Te Deum – which secured him a place as court composer.
Faire is the Heaven – a first-class church motet, rarely heard.
Hymn to the Word by our favourite local composer, Clive Osgood, recently a finalist in the BBC ‘Carol of the Year’ competition.

Free entry with a retiring collection.
