Music comes from all sections across the Festival, Instrumental, Vocal, Drama and Dance. The concert will feature winners from across the 2020 Festival and will select performers for the Portsmouth Festivities Recital Prize 2021 and the Solent Symphony Orchestra Concerto Award 2021.
