Peter Mallinson enjoys both modern and period viola performance. As well as being a member of the BBC Symphony Orchestra he has played with many period ensembles including the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, The Hanover Band, Arcangelo and Music for Awhile.

Deeply committed to chamber music, Matthias Wiesner regularly appears at festivals in the UK and Europe. He has been a member of the orchestra academies of both the London Symphony Orchestra and the London Philharmonic Orchestra and recently joined the BBC Symphony Orchestra.

As a chamber musician, Evgenia Startseva has performed with well-known musicians such as Maxim Vengerov, Alisa Weilerstein, Edinburgh String Quartet, Ebene String Quartet and Regency Ensemble. She teaches piano at Eton College.

Chichester Cathedral’s Lunchtime Concert series is self-supporting, and thrives through the generosity of its audiences. While there is no charge for admission, we suggest a minimum donation of £3 per person, with Gift Aid applied if possible.
