Chichester Music Society: Champagne Quartet with Erin Alexander

Read a review.

CMS is delighted to welcome back the Champagne Quartet, featuring former CMS Bursary holder & prizewinner Erin Alexander. Their new programme will include music from the great Italian operas, including, Mozart, Verdi and Puccini.

Featuring opera singers from around the world, The Champagne Quartet are celebrating their sixth year performing as a collective. Their ethos of bringing high quality classical music to all audiences has been upheld continuously. Their professional highlights include performing at St David’s Hall supporting The Sixteen and performing alongside the Welsh National Opera Orchestra.

Eager to give back, The Champagne Quartet have hosted events for renowned charity Music in Hospitals and have raised £3000 to date. Accessibility and inclusivity are important to The Champagne Quartet, and one of their latest projects has been bringing Opera to Education. They have written and performed a new adaptation of Mozart’s “Die Zauberflote” for schools to encourage students of all ages to get involved with classical music. They are currently touring this production to UK schools to great acclaim.

Their Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bass line up, and versatility as performers, makes them appropriate for any setting, be it as soloists for large scale oratorio works, gala or concert settings, or intimate events.

The Champagne Quartet is currently seeking sponsorship or patronage. If this support is something you or your company may be interested in, please do not hesitate to contact them. If you would like them to perform at your event, gala, oratorio work, school, or are interested in sponsorship, please get in touch via email at
